Rules For Internet BiddingPayment: Must be paid by the following Friday (5pm est). We accept cash, Pre-approved check, or wire transfer (additional $10 fee). Late Payment: Buyer will be assessed 50.00 per vehicleif not paid by Friday evening. If not paid in 14 days the vehicle will be forfeited and the buyer loses bidding priviledges.Returned Checks: $35 fee on returned checks and buyer will be on a cash only basis. Vehicle Pickup: Buyers get 10 working days to pickup vehicles. Afterwards, buyer will be assessed $5 per day per vehicle for the following 14 days. After that period buyer will be assessed $20 per day per vehicle. Disclosure: All vehicles sold "as is" "where is" - no warranties given. Mr. Auto Disposal assumes no responsibility for theft liability or property damage after the purchase, including but not limited to keys, radios, parts or the running condition of the vehicle even if it is a "run and drive." Upon purchase of the vehicle, buyer assumes full responsibility of vehicle and contents.
Mr. Auto Disposal assumes no responsibility nor guarantees the accuracy of the odometer readings.
